At just 34, Elman has already built an impressive career grounded in grit, integrity, and fresh thinking. His journey began at 18, when he was told he looked “too young for real estate.”


Days later, with a sharp haircut and steely determination, he returned — and landed the job. He’s never looked back.


“I told them to give me three months, commission only. I’d prove myself,” Elman recalls. “I’ve always believed that genuine connection and hard work are what matter most.”


From those early days to his pivotal role as Compliance Manager, then Company Director, and now full ownership of the agency, Elman’s rise has been marked by persistence and purpose.


He joined forces with founding director Naomi Brooking soon after the agency’s 2015 launch. With Naomi choosing to return her focus to clients and family, Elman is taking the reins — and steering the business into an ambitious new phase.

With sole ownership now confirmed, Elman is already planning the next wave of growth.


“We’re expanding across the region, adding new agents, launching a buyer advocacy service, and moving into commercial leasing and sales.


I’m also building a finance arm to help both buyers and sellers make better decisions, faster.”


But behind the ambition lies a simple motivation.


“I just genuinely love helping people make life-changing moves. Whether it’s a first-home buyer or a downsizer, it never gets old.”
